If you're promoting a digital marketing course or programme as an affiliate, you might recognise this.
Someone sees one of your social media posts.
They become interested.
Then come the questions...
"Do I need a big following?"
"Can I do this without showing my face?"
"Isn't the market already too crowded?"
"What if I'm a complete beginner?"
"Does this actually work?"
And if you're doing this regularly, you can end up having the same conversations again and again.
In DMs.
In comments.
On Lives.
That's actually one of the main reasons I built my Affiliate Course Promoter Funnel.
When you're promoting a course as an affiliate, it's tempting to think the job is simply finding people and sending them a sales link.
But most people don't work like that.
Someone might discover you through TikTok, Instagram, Facebook or another platform.
They might be curious about making money online or building an online business.
But curiosity doesn't necessarily mean they're ready to buy a high-ticket digital marketing course.
They need information.
They have questions.
They have doubts.
And quite often, they need to understand what's actually possible before they're comfortable taking the next step.
I realised I was repeatedly explaining the same things to different people. So rather than continuing to repeat myself, I decided to turn those explanations into a resource.
Instead of immediately asking someone to buy something, I wanted to give them something useful first.
Something that could answer the questions I was constantly being asked.
Something that could deal with some of the common objections.
Something that could help a complete beginner understand the bigger picture.
And something that could give me a natural way to introduce the course or programme I was promoting.
One of the biggest things I wanted this funnel to do was educate.
If someone is completely new to digital marketing, affiliate marketing or digital products, simply telling them that they can buy a course isn't necessarily very helpful.
They first need to understand what they're getting into.
They need to understand the opportunity.
They need to understand some of the challenges.
And they need the opportunity to think about whether it's actually something they want to pursue.
That's why I created the mini-course inside the funnel. It's not there simply to fill space between the opt-in page and the sales link. It's there to provide genuine value before asking someone to make a buying decision.
One of the biggest assumptions beginners make about building an online business.
A genuine concern for people who want to build online but value their privacy.
Competition is one of the first objections many beginners raise.
The funnel is designed to help people understand the basics before making a decision.
I created eight short lessons designed to educate the audience, answer common questions, tackle objections and help people start looking at online business from a different perspective.
There's an important distinction here.
The 8-lesson mini-course is designed for your audience — not for you.
You don't need to work through it because you're trying to learn affiliate marketing from scratch.
Your potential customers are the ones who go through the lessons.
Your job is simply to give them a useful resource, build the relationship and then give them the opportunity to take the next step with the course or programme you're promoting.
Another important part of the funnel is the email opt-in.
Someone who discovers you on social media might disappear again five minutes later.
They might not be ready to buy today.
They might need more time.
They might want to think about it.
By giving them a genuinely useful free resource in exchange for their email address, you have another way to continue the relationship.
That's a much more useful journey than simply throwing a sales link at every person who shows interest.
I decided that rather than keeping the funnel to myself, I'd make it available for other affiliate marketers to use.
You can essentially steal the structure I've built and use it as the starting point for your own affiliate marketing funnel.
You get the ready-to-deploy funnel, the 8-lesson mini-course and the setup instructions.
Then you add your own affiliate links to the calls-to-action and use the funnel to promote the course or programme you're already working with.
So instead of spending hours creating a lead magnet, writing eight lessons and building the funnel from scratch, you can start with something that's already been put together.
Start with the funnel structure already created.
Give your audience useful educational content.
Follow the instructions to get everything ready.
Replace the calls-to-action with your own links.
The funnel is built inside systeme.io, so you don't need to start with an expensive or complicated funnel-building platform.
If you don't already have a systeme.io account, you can create one and then import the funnel and follow the setup instructions.
I didn't build this because I thought it would be clever to have another funnel.
I built it because I was spending too much time explaining the same things.
If someone asked me whether they needed a big following, I'd explain it.
If someone asked whether they could do it without showing their face, I'd explain it.
If someone thought the market was too crowded, I'd explain it.
If someone was completely new and didn't understand how digital products or affiliate marketing worked, I'd explain that too.
And there is nothing wrong with having those conversations. In fact, talking to your audience is an important part of building trust.
But when you find yourself explaining the same things over and over again, that's a sign that some of that information could probably become a resource.
You don't have to stop creating social media content.
You don't have to stop going Live.
You don't have to stop answering questions.
But you also don't have to explain everything from scratch every single time someone becomes interested.
Instead, you can say:
That's really what this funnel is about.
I've made the funnel, the 8-lesson mini-course and the setup instructions available so you can use the same basic approach to help promote your own high-ticket affiliate offer.

Educate your audience. Answer the questions. Build the relationship. Build your email list. Then give people the opportunity to take the next step with the offer you're promoting.
