Affiliate Course Promoter Funnel
Step-by-Step Setup Guide
Step 1 – Create Your Free Systeme.io Account
Before you can use the Affiliate Course Promoter Funnel, you’ll need a Systeme.io account.
Don’t worry - you DO NOT need a paid Systeme.io subscription to use this funnel.
A FREE account is all you need to run the funnel.
Systeme.io provides the platform that hosts your funnel and course, allowing you to have your pages, emails and course content all in one place.
🆓 The free account is enough
You do not need to sign up for a monthly paid plan.
The free Systeme.io account gives you everything you need to get this funnel up and running, so you can start using it without adding another monthly expense to your business or side hustle.
You can always upgrade to a paid plan in the future if you decide you need additional features, but there is absolutely no need to upgrade just to use this funnel.
If you don't already have a Systeme.io account, click the button below to create your FREE account.
Once your account is created, you're ready to move on to Step 2, where we'll get the funnel imported into your Systeme.io account.
Important: Make sure you remember the email address and password you use when creating your account, as you'll need these to log back into Systeme.io when setting up and managing your funnel.
Step 2 – Choose Your Funnel Version
You now have access to two versions of the Affiliate Course Promoter Funnel.
The funnels are identical in every way except for the voice used in the lessons:
🎙️ Male Voice Version – the 8 lessons use a male voice
🎙️ Female Voice Version – the 8 lessons use a female voice
Which one should you choose?
It's completely up to you.
You only need to choose ONE version.
You have access to both versions, so simply pick the one you prefer and use that funnel for your business.
There is no difference in the funnel structure, course content or setup. The only difference is the voice used for the lesson videos.
Choose ONE of the options below to access the funnel you want to use.
Choose either the male voice or female voice version below. You only need to use one version.
Male Voice Version
This version uses a male voice for all 8 course lessons.

Once you have copied ONE of the links above - move onto step 3.
Step 3 – Import the Funnel Into Your Systeme.io Account
Now that you've copied your chosen funnel share link from step 2, it's time to add the funnel to your own Systeme.io account.
First, make sure you're logged in to systeme
Before you open the funnel link, log into the free Systeme.io account you created in Step 1.
This is important because the funnel needs to be imported into your own account.
Once you're logged into Systeme.io, open a new browser tab and paste the funnel share link you copied in Step 2 into the address bar.
Press Enter.
Systeme.io will recognise the share link and take you through the process of importing the funnel into your account.
That's it!

Step 4 – Add Your Affiliate Links
Add the affiliate link for the digital marketing course you’re promoting.
In your systeme.io dashboard, click on the 'COURSE PROMOTER AFFILIATE FUNNEL' that you imported in step 3.
You will see an 'opt-in page', a 'thank you page' and a policies & Disclaimers' page (as shown below)
You do not need to make any changes to the Opt-in Page. This is the page you’ll send your audience to once your funnel is fully set up.
You do need to make some changes to the Thank You Page. This is where your 8-lesson mini-course is housed.
To get started, click “Thank You Page”, then click “Edit Page.”
Underneath the main lesson, you’ll see two buttons.
I included two buttons because I use this funnel myself to promote both a high-ticket digital marketing course and a lower-priced course.
If you’re only promoting a high-ticket digital marketing course, you can simply delete one of the buttons by 1) selecting the button that you don't want, and 2) clicking on the delete button (as shown below):
Now it’s time to add your affiliate link or the sales page link for the high-ticket digital marketing course you’re promoting.
1. Click on the “Partner With My Recommended Program” button.
2. In the URL box, paste your affiliate link or the sales page link for the course you’re promoting.
Save your changes.
NOTE: If you’re also promoting a low-ticket offer, repeat the same process for the second button and add your relevant affiliate or sales page link.
Repeat the process for the buttons that appear at the bottom of the page underneath the 8 lessons.
Save your changes using the 'Save' button at the top of the screen.
Press 'Exit' to return to the dashboard.
Step 5 – Enter Your Information in the Policies & Disclaimers
Before you start sending people to your funnel, you need to add your own information to the Policies & Disclaimers page.
I’ve already created the page for you and added clear placeholders showing where your information needs to go.
What you need to do
Edit the Policies & Disclaimers page inside the funnel and replace each placeholder with your own relevant information.
This may include details such as your:
Name or business name
Contact information
Date updated
Website / email address
Any other information requested by the placeholders
Take your time and make sure the information you enter is accurate and relevant to you and your business.
Once you’ve replaced all of the placeholders with your own details, save your changes.
Important: The Policies & Disclaimers page is provided as part of the funnel setup. You are responsible for making sure the information and policies you use are appropriate for your own business and circumstances.
Step 6 – Get The Link To Your Funnel
Your funnel is now set up and your affiliate links have been added.
The next step is to get the link you’ll use to send people to your free Affiliate Course Promoter Funnel.
In systeme.io, go to your dashboard and go to 'Sites' then 'Sales funnels'.
Click on your 'COURSE PROMOTER AFFILIATE FUNNEL' then:
1) Select the Optin page
2) Click on the link icon to copy the link to your funnel.
Copy the link to your funnel and free course and save it somewhere you can easily access it. You are now ready to start sending people to your funnel and free course.
Use Your Funnel Link
You can now use this link wherever you want to send people to your free course.
For example, you could add it to:
📱 Your social media posts
👤 Your social media bio
▶️ Your YouTube description
📧 Your email messages
🌐 Your website
📣 Your other marketing content
The idea is simple:
Send people to your free course → Let the funnel introduce them to the opportunity → Give them the option to check out the digital marketing course you're promoting.
Once you've got your funnel link, you're ready to start sending people to your free Affiliate Course Promoter Funnel.
